You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third‑party rights.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or impair the security or integrity of the Website, including bypassing or interfering with anti‑bot measures.

Non‑Discrimination and Inclusion
Access to the Website and offerings is provided without discrimination on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law. Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory conduct, or exclusionary behavior is prohibited and may result in removal of content, suspension, or termination of access.
Accounts and Submissions
The Website does not require a user account to browse. Certain offerings may require registration or subscription. If you submit content (e.g., via the contact form, consultancy intake, or within the paid community), you retain ownership of your content. You grant the controller a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use such content solely to operate the Website and services, provide the requested offering, and comply with law. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that your submissions do not infringe others’ rights.
Community Standards
Members of any paid community and participants in collaborative spaces must maintain professional, respectful conduct. The following are prohibited: unlawful content; harassment or targeted abuse; hate speech or discriminatory content; threats or incitement of violence; doxxing or disclosure of private information; intellectual property infringement; malware or security exploits; spam, scams, or deceptive practices; and unauthorized advertising or solicitation. Moderation actions may include content removal, warnings, temporary limitations, or termination of access.
Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, software, books, digital materials, training content, and community materials provided by the controller) are owned by or licensed to the controller and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by mandatory law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, share, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to access and use the Website and purchased digital items for your personal use or internal business use (including use within your employer or organization), but not for public distribution, resale, or incorporation into competing products or services without prior written permission. Attribution and references are required where sharing is expressly permitted in writing. All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.
Offerings and Changes
The Website may make available free or paid products and services from time to time. Without limitation, offerings may include advisory and consulting engagements (including time‑based bookings), community memberships or subscriptions, digital materials and training resources, and other professional services or content. Offerings, features, pricing, availability, descriptions, and eligibility criteria may be modified, added, or discontinued at any time, including through pilots, trials, or beta features. Any item or service displayed on the Website is subject to confirmation at checkout or by written confirmation. Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including in pricing or descriptions) may be corrected.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription (e.g., paid community), it will continue until cancelled. Billing cadence may vary by offering (e.g., monthly, annually, or other periodic cadences such as every 3 or 6 months) as presented at checkout. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the then‑current billing period, unless otherwise stated at purchase. Access continues through the paid period and then ends. Trials or promotions may be offered subject to specific terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law, charges and access are not prorated.
Booking‑Based Consulting
Time‑based consulting bookings are scheduled subject to availability. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ advance notice prior to the scheduled start time. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, are late, or fail to attend, the session may be deemed delivered. Any applicable refunds or credits will follow the Refunds and Cancellations section.
Pricing, Taxes, and Payments
Prices are stated at checkout or order confirmation. Taxes, fees, and currency may vary by location and payment method. Unless expressly stated otherwise, VAT is not collected by the controller; you are responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction. Payments may be collected online via the Website or by other means (e.g., bank transfer) as communicated. You authorize the controller and authorized payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for the amounts due. Currency is as displayed at checkout; supported currencies and conversion, if any, are handled by the payment provider.
Payment Processing
The Website does not collect or store payment credentials (including full payment card numbers, CVV/CVC, bank account credentials, or reusable payment tokens). Online transactions are processed directly by duly authorized and licensed third‑party payment service providers. Such providers act as independent controllers or processors for payment data under applicable law. The controller receives only limited transaction metadata needed to confirm payment, deliver access, and comply with legal obligations.
Refunds and Cancellations
A reasonable, fair policy applies:
- If service failure is attributable to the controller, or costs have not yet been incurred in providing a service: full refund upon request.
- If you are at fault, or a service has been delivered in whole or in part, or access to digital content has been provided: refunds are not issued.
- For subscriptions: cancellation stops future renewals; no refunds for partial billing periods already in progress unless required by law.
- For digital products: all sales are final once access or download is provided, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or where the controller’s fault applies.
Delivery of Digital Content
Digital items are delivered via download or access links and may include technical measures to prevent unauthorized sharing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials and preventing unauthorized distribution.
Third‑Party Services and Links
The Website may reference or integrate third‑party services (e.g., security and anti‑bot tools) and may contain links to third‑party sites. Such services and sites are not controlled by the controller, and no responsibility is assumed for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms.
Privacy
Your use of the Website is subject to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how personal data is collected, used, shared, and protected.
Email Communications
You may subscribe to email updates and unsubscribe at any time using the provided mechanisms. Transactional and service emails related to your purchases or account may still be sent where necessary to fulfill your requests or comply with law.
Virtual Assistant
The Website may include a virtual assistant feature powered by artificial intelligence that provides information about the controller’s profile, expertise, background, portfolio, and Website offerings, and may assist with interactive tasks such as submitting requests or booking engagements.
- AI‑Generated Content: Responses are generated by AI based on a curated and validated dataset provided by the controller. Despite curation, responses may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and may not reflect the most current information.
- No Human Monitoring: Interactions with the virtual assistant are not monitored in real time by humans.
- No Legal Commitments by Chat Alone: Information or statements presented in the assistant interface do not constitute legal advice, offers, or binding commitments. A legally binding commitment requires formal confirmation (for example, a booking confirmed by email, an executed agreement, or an invoice/payment confirmation, as applicable). Any unconfirmed indication in chat (including prices, discounts, availability, or promises of service) is non‑binding.
- Availability and Access: The virtual assistant may be unavailable in certain countries or jurisdictions due to technical constraints or local legal requirements.
- Privacy: Interactions with the virtual assistant, including prompts and responses, are subject to the Privacy Policy. Refer to the Privacy Policy for details regarding the categories of data processed, purposes, and retention.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the controller and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Website. In all cases, the total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Website will not exceed EUR 50.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the controller and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
Suspension and Termination
Access to the Website may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, if there is suspected misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website ceases immediately.
Changes to the Website and to These Terms
The Website may be modified or discontinued at any time. These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated, and the “Last Updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Yerevan, Armenia, for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the controller regarding the Website.
